1. Overview

At ParagonRank, we are committed to delivering dependable and professional digital gaming services. Refund requests may be reviewed and approved only under the conditions described in this policy.

2. Eligible Refunds

You may qualify for a refund in the following situations:

  • The purchased service was not completed within the stated delivery period
  • The service has not commenced within 48 hours after full payment has been received and no reasonable explanation has been provided
  • An accidental duplicate payment was submitted for the same order

3. Ineligible Refunds

Refund requests will not be approved in the following cases:

  • The service has been partially or fully delivered
  • Your account experiences bans, suspensions, or penalties associated with the use of our services
  • You decide to cancel due to a change of preference or dissatisfaction after the order has already been confirmed and accepted

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please ensure that you:

  • Contact support@paragonrank.com within 7 days from the date your order was placed
  • Include your Order ID along with a short description explaining the reason for your request

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refund requests are generally processed within 7–10 business days after review
  • All refunds will be returned using the same payment method originally used for the purchase
