1. Overview
At ParagonRank, service fulfillment begins only after full payment has been successfully received and all necessary information has been submitted, including game account details, service preferences, and any required scheduling confirmations.
2. Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe
- Boosting Services: Typically completed within 1–3 business days
- Coaching Sessions: Arranged within 24–48 hours following payment confirmation and receipt of player preferences
- Coaching Session Utilization: Once a coaching or boosting session has been scheduled, failure to attend or use the session will result in forfeiture. Coaching services are provided as a one-time session.
3. Coaching Session Utilization
- Coaching sessions must be completed within 30 days from the original payment date
- Any unused coaching sessions remaining after 30 days will be considered forfeited
- Coaching is offered as a one-time service, and expired sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled
- Each coaching package includes a minimum of one hour of personalized coaching
- Additional coaching hours are available for an extra charge
- Session scheduling is subject to coach availability, although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate preferred times
4. Notes
- Delivery schedules may vary due to game-related conditions, order demand, or custom service requirements
- All services provided are digital in nature and do not involve the shipment of physical goods
- Customers will be notified of any expected delays or adjustments to scheduled services
5. Delivery Method
Services may be provided through one or more of the following methods:
- Email confirmations and communications
- Direct in-game service execution by our team
- Temporary access to your account with your authorization
- Scheduled voice or video sessions for coaching services
6. Order Updates
You will receive progress updates through:
- Email notifications
- Your user account dashboard (where available)
7. Delivery Delays
ParagonRank cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from:
- Missing, incomplete, or inaccurate account information
- Game server downtime, maintenance, or technical interruptions
- Unexpected events beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or force majeure situations
We will make every effort to keep you informed should any delays occur.
8. Service Completion
Once your order has been successfully completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you by email or made available through your account dashboard.
